I ordered this for my moms who watches a lot of videos on her phone. Her eye sight isn’t the best now so we decided to give this a try. Boy, does it work great. Now my mom can enjoy her videos! Product is very simple to use, just got to make sure you sit at the right height to get the best view.

Works surprisingly well, I bought this for my Nintendo switch lite to have a bigger screen, and it's perfect when I'm playing games like Smite while using a controller. Although I did end up putting my device a bit farther back than the product had room for, luckily my switch had a stand on the back. See video. It doesn't show in the video, but the text actually comes through legibly when using it too

I purchased this magnifier for my mom, I was a little hesitant but Im very happy I did. It was so simple to set up and the magnification is good. It made it easier for her to watch movies from her phone even with subtitles, very readable. The magnifier is very slim which makes it portable. But the material seems not too sturdy. I have to remind her to be gentle setting it up and avoid tugging. Not really an issue tho as she is happy with the purchase.

I absolutely love video amplifier. I lay down and watch videos our read emails with out straining my eyes. Used it for the first time and slept that very night without a headache. I get a lot of emails for work and very easy to read . I adjusted it a few times to get it just right for Different things it’s all different so adjustments would be different but only takes a few seconds. My son used it with his switch and now I have to look for it around my house buying another one. I rather have him using it than not because of his eyes not getting damaged from long term video game uses.

I happen to like this magnifier a lot. I keep it by my bed and stream movies to fall asleep to. It’s suits my purpose well. The one thing worth mentioning is the “halo effect” the magnifier creates upon the image. There is no real perfect angle to view it that a portion of the halo effect doesn’t appear. As you can see from the phot, it’s like a big rainbow. It’s large enough to not interfere with the picture, but is a distraction. On a plus side: the magnifier also works GREAT for reading books with small print. Simply set the book where the cell phone would rest, and read away. I love the double duty aspect. This is not a well made item. The magnifier became dislocated from its runners with the very first use. Easy to repair though. Also the magnifier can become easily scratched or dirty, so Ithis is not something I would recommend for children or pre teens. Even I managed to scratch it first time out. So, a little TLC and this is a convenient solution for cell phone entertainment on a whim, or even reading that small print novella that’s been a dust collector on your bed stand for the past 10 months.

This product is simple to set up and clear pic to watch with your phone without squinting your eyes.

I use it a lot. I have watched >100 hrs on it. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7.
The picture is amazing. It has little front pop dow feet to aid angling and more imprtantly there is a rubber strip to prevent your cell from slipping. YAY.
One does need to get rid of any peripheral light. I close the curtains (thick velvet) in the day and use a dimly lit, salt-lamp at night. One may need to adjust screen brightness to suit taste and show. 1/3 worked the best for me for the majority of stuff. Different shows require slightly more or less. Just like the volume, each show may need a little tweek. Many reviewers mention; 'fish eye' glare around the peripheral image, (unavoidable per design, as this is the way it magnifies) however, I was able to conquer this by making a cardboard frame that slipped over the top of the screen and covered the edges. I didn't have an issue with the bottom portion. Peruse my photos. I know, not pretty, but trust me, it does the job. I made mine from the middle piece of cardboard found between the two layers of a 30pk beer. Perfect size & thickness to allow it to slide over the top and thick enough to be opaque. Another issue raised by many is the angling. It does have little feet, although I have on occasion added a small note book or two to raise it more when sitting low on the coffee table etc. In-bed-viewing or laying on the sofa, I put it on my breakfast tray with legs. This is the perfect height for the picture in screen.
It takes a little adjusting to adapt to your differing positions, but this little device is brilliant. It does the job.
